Entry 1: 6/15/13

     

     Last week I started my internship with Willow Model Management, a small modeling agency in Temecula, California. Stacie, the co-owner of Willow, asked me to compile a list of company's contact info so that she could advertise her models to them for events like conventions and parties. The list of companies was over 500 hundred companies, so it took me the better part of three days to complete it. I had to go to each and every one of the companies' websites to gather their contact information6. Some didn't even have websites, so I had to resort to looking the company up on facebook, which didn't always work. But in the end I met my deadline and Stacie was happy with my work.

 

Entry 2: 8/17/13

     

     This week I flew down to Temecula to get some hands on experience with Stacie and Willow Model Management. I came in each day at 9 or 10, depending on how Stacie felt the night before, and she would give me a list of things to do like file things that she had never gotten around to, or rearrange pictures and folders, and I even got to interview some models for the agency. It was a blast. On Thursday I got to take pictures of models with Rob. Rob is Stacie's husband and Willow's on site photographer. Anyways, this experience was so great, I can't believe that it actually happened.
